We want every homeowner who reaches Barslyrics Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

• Your experience when you called or contacted Barslyrics Plumbing
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record of what you said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Barslyrics Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@barslyrics.garden and include the following:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The name of the plumbing provider, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
